O. A. Arnts was bom in Elmira, N. Y. and is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology School of Photographic Science. He was employed as the staff portrait photographer for Cornell University before opening his studio in Allenhurst, N.J. Mr.Arnts became interested in oil painting and studied with Anthony Ventura. He is now associated with the Guild of Creative Art in Shewsbury, N. J, where he teaches oil painting.
